Service Scope

Kynris is a SaaS workspace for generating creative assets, managing content workflows, storing generated outputs, and coordinating publishing-related tasks.

We may update, improve, replace, or remove features over time, including model providers, integrations, or usage limits.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity performed through your account.

You must keep connected third-party accounts, API permissions, and billing information current if you want related features to continue working.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Kynris to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with the service, or misuse third-party platforms connected through the product.

• Do not upload or generate content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to bypass credit controls, account limits, access controls, or security protections.
• Do not use the service for fraud, spam, impersonation, malware, or unlawful surveillance.
• Do not use connected publishing features in ways that violate platform rules from Meta, TikTok, Google, Stripe, or other providers.

Your Content and AI Outputs

You keep responsibility for the prompts, uploads, brand assets, and other material you submit to Kynris. You also remain responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing, delivering, licensing, or relying on them.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific commercial, legal, medical, or regulated use case. Final review stays with you.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

Some Kynris features consume credits. Subscription plans and one-time credit packs are billed through Stripe and may be changed, renewed, or canceled according to the billing terms presented at checkout.

• Credits are deducted when generation or other paid actions are initiated under the current product logic.
• Promotional or free credits may expire, be limited to onboarding or promotional use, and may not be redeemable for cash.
• Refund decisions, if any, are handled according to the purchase context, payment processor rules, and applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Kynris depends on external providers for hosting, billing, authentication, model inference, email delivery, and social media integrations. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or API behavior on third-party systems.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Kynris available, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, or model-side failures may affect access, generation quality, connected accounts, or publishing behavior.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create material risk for the platform, abuse billing or integrations, or use Kynris in a way that threatens users, providers, or service integrity.

You may stop using Kynris at any time. Certain stored records may remain as required for billing, audit, fraud prevention, backups, or legal compliance.

Disclaimers and Liability

Kynris is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Kynris disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
