Kynris collects the information needed to operate your workspace, generate content, process billing, and support account security.

• Account data such as your email address, username, authentication method, and profile settings.
• Workspace data such as prompts, project messages, content calendar entries, saved library items, generated outputs, and uploaded files.
• Integration data such as tokens, account identifiers, and page or profile metadata required for connected Google, Meta, TikTok, or similar services.
• Billing records such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription status, checkout references, and credit transaction history. Kynris does not store full payment card numbers.
• Technical and security data such as IP address, browser details, session activity, device signals, and operational logs.

How We Use Data

We use collected data to provide the service you asked for, maintain account access, deliver generated content, and keep the platform stable and secure.

• Run image, banner, reel, voiceover, and other generation workflows.
• Store and organize projects, uploads, saved assets, and calendar content inside your workspace.
• Process subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, and usage-based credit deductions.
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and enforce platform rules.
• Improve reliability, debug failures, and measure product performance.

Third-Party Processors and Integrations

Kynris relies on specialized third-party services to provide core parts of the product. Your data may be processed by those providers only to the extent needed to deliver the feature you are using.

• OpenAI and Google GenAI for prompt-driven generation and related model features.
• Stripe for subscription billing, checkout, and payment event processing.
• Google, Meta, and TikTok when you choose to connect external accounts or publish through supported integrations.
• Email and hosting providers used to deliver verification, account, and operational messages.

Storage and Retention

We retain workspace and account data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations.

Generated assets, uploaded files, and related metadata may remain stored until you delete them, remove the related account, or request account closure. Some records may remain in backups or billing logs for a limited period after deletion.

Sharing and Disclosure

Kynris does not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers, connected platforms you authorize, or when disclosure is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of our terms.

Security

Kynris uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect stored data. No online system is completely risk-free, so you should also protect your account credentials and connected integrations.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete certain personal data. You can also disconnect social accounts, delete content from your workspace, or stop using the service at any time.
