Overview

Kynris accepts user data deletion requests for account information, project content, uploaded files, generated assets, connected social account records stored inside Kynris, and other workspace data that can reasonably be removed from the service.

This page explains how a user can request deletion and what information may need to be retained for billing, fraud prevention, backups, or legal compliance.

How to Request Deletion

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Kynris account to info@kynris.com. Use the subject line 'User Data Deletion Request' and include enough information for us to identify the account.

If you are requesting deletion because you connected Kynris through a third-party platform such as Facebook or Instagram, include the platform name and the email address or username used with the Kynris account.

  • Registered Kynris email address.
  • Optional username or workspace name.
  • Whether you want full account deletion or only deletion of specific uploaded/generated content.
  • Any connected platform context that helps locate the account faster.

Verification and Processing

Before deleting data, Kynris may request reasonable verification to confirm that the request was made by the account owner or an authorized person.

Once verified, we will process the request within a reasonable timeframe and confirm when the deletion request has been completed or substantially completed.

What Kynris Deletes

When a full deletion request is approved, Kynris will remove or de-identify the data it controls where commercially and technically reasonable.

  • Account profile information stored in Kynris.
  • Projects, prompts, message history, and content calendar items stored in Kynris.
  • Uploaded files, saved library items, and generated assets still retained by Kynris.
  • Stored social connection records and tokens held by Kynris for connected platforms.

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for limited periods if required for subscription billing records, charge disputes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, security investigations, or disaster recovery backups.

If your data was shared with third-party providers as part of normal service operation, those providers may keep their own records under their own retention policies.

Third-Party Platforms

Deleting data from Kynris does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta, Google, TikTok, Stripe, or other third-party services. If you want data removed from those providers, you may also need to use their own account and privacy tools.
